Archer An San, Used bow autographed and donated to Berry Store
[Asia A — Kim Myeong Si reporter] On December 9th, An San revealed that she donated her used bow to Berry Store after autographing it.
An San started with archery in 3rd grade and in 2016 she won all the six prizes in 6 categories: women’s 30m, 40m, 50m, 60m, individuals and group tournaments for the middle school division at the 42nd edition of National Men’s and Women’s Archery Competition held by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. It was the first time in archery championships in Korea someone won every match of this event and she set a new record in the matches and she tied the domestic record in 3 individual categories.
In April 2017, she took part in a national archery competition for high school students and she won three prizes, setting new records in two tournaments. In June 2020 in the 38th edition of the National Men’s and Women’s Archery Competition held by the President she won 4 prizes and in the 37th edition of the Business Archery competition held for college students she won 6 awards.
In 2020 Olympics she set a new Olympic record of 680 points, breaking the last one after 25 years.
In 2020 Olympics An San won three gold medals in mixed team competition, women’s team competition and the individual competition, and she obtained three world titles in Yankton with two gold medals in the mixed team competition and the women’s one and a bronze medal in the individual one. She was the one who set the Robin Hood arrow’s record after 25 years from the last one, and her arrow was donated and it’s currently displayed at the museum.
According to the company, Berry store connects fans and celebrities and it’s trying to fulfill the desires of both the fans and the celebrities through a partial donation from the profits. In the near future, Berry Store is going to reveal many new contents and items not yet revealed.
